Lefosse advises on Cocal CPR-F issuance
Lefosse has acted as deal counsel for Banco Bradesco BBI, the lead underwriter, and for Cocal Comércio Indústria Canaã Açúcar e Álcool in the company’s first issuance of Financial Rural Product Notes (CPR-F), carried out in a single series for a total amount of BRL 85 million.
The issuance was structured pursuant to CVM 160, as amended, and other applicable regulations. The notes were offered exclusively to professional investors.
The Lefosse team was led by partners Ricardo Prado and Mariana Pollini , with support from associates Fernando Aguiar, Ana Campelo and Evandro Miguel. Banco Bradesco BBI was represented in-house by Izabela Lourenço.
