Lefosse advises on public offering of BR Advisory Partners

Lefosse acted as Brazilian special counsel to BR Advisory Partners Participações and the selling shareholders, BRAPINVEST Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia and BRAPINVEST IV Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia, in connection with the R$214,5 milion secondary public offering of units, each representing one outstanding common share of the company and two outstanding preferred shares of the company, held by the selling shareholders.
