Lefosse advises on Vero’s commercial notes issue

Lefosse acted as deal counsel in the 3rd issuance of commercial notes in a single series, of Vero, in the total amount of BRL 150 million. the issuance was cordinated by Banco Santander (Brasil), pursant to CVM 160, as amend.

The net resources raised through the issuance will be fully allocated to the early settlement of Bank Credit Certificate nº 1062604, signed on February 8, 2024 between the
company and Banco Santander (Brasil).
