Lefosse advises Partners Group on the sale of Hortifruti to IF Capital
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal advisor to Partners Group (Brazil) Investimentos Ltda.
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Partners Group (Brazil) Investimentos Ltda. (through Fundo de Investimento em Participações Sémillon Multiestratégia – (PG)), as well as other minority shareholders, in connection with the sale of shares representing 100% of the capital stock of Hortigil Hortifruti S.A. and its subsidiaries, Natural Administradora de Cartões de Crédito S.A.; Natural da Terra Comércio Varejista Hortifrutti Ltda. (Grupo HNT), a retail group that trades in horticultural, fruit and food products in general, to IF Capital Ltda., a vehicle for the acquisition of Lojas Americanas.
