Lefosse advises Riza Arctium Real Estate on acquisition of gas station

Lefosse has advised Riza Arctium Real Estate Investment Fund on the acquisition of a R$15 million gas station

Riza Arctium Real Estate acquired, advised by Lefosse Advogados, the totality of a property located in the city of Mirassol/SP, from Dois Empreendimentos e Participações LTDA, a company of the group Postos Monte Carlo, for the amount of R$15 million reais.

Subsequently, the Asset was leased to one of the Seller’s subsidiaries by means of an atypical lease agreement, thus configuring a sale & lease-back transaction. The Seller was granted an option to purchase the asset, also entered into with the buyer.

The Asset is a greenfield gas station and the lease to one of the Seller’s subsidiaries is valid for a period of at least 10 years. The lessee is developing its business on the property, aiming for subleases with large restaurant chains and other services, and at the end of the lease period, the Seller can acquire the Asset back.
