Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to Rumo Malha Paulista S.A. in the 3rd issue of debentures non convertible into shares, in two series, with additional guarantee granted by Rumo S.A., in the total amount of R$ 1,250,000,000.00, for public offering, in accordance with the rules and other applicable laws and regulations.
The Lefosse team included partner Ricardo Prado (pictured), and associates Pedro Cruciol, Fernando Aguiar and Clarice Aiub.
The offering was coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter, and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., which were represented by Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados with partner Francisco J. Pinheiro Guimarães, Ivie Moura Alves, Camila Ohno, Jonas Vilhena Cunha Assumpção, Marina Antunes e Silva Fratantonio, Julia Machado Barreto, and Larissa Vince Virgolino.
