Lefosse advises Solví Group on Loga acquisition

Lefosse acted as legal advisor to Solví Group on the acquisition of a 37.653% equity interest in Logística Ambiental de São Paulo (Loga) from Wilson Quintella Filho and Gisele Mara de Moraes. Upon completion of the transaction, Solví Group will hold 100% of Loga’s issued shares. The closing of the deal remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent.
