Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to the underwriters Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco ABC Brasil S.A. and Banco Votorantim S.A. in the first issue of simple non-convertible debentures, with additional personal guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts of Fagundes Construção e Mineração S.A..
The total amount is R$120 million according to CVM rule 476
