Lefosse advises underwriters on Riza Terrax share issue

Lefosse Advogados advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A

Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., in the 2nd issue of 6,150,690 shares for the Real Estate Investment Fund Riza Terrax, in the total amount of R$ 599,692,275.00, for public offering.

Lefosse Advogados was also responsible for the real estate due diligence process on the five different rural assets acquired by the Fund.

The Fund is managed by Banco Genial S.A. and administered by Riza Gestora de Recursos Ltda. and is the first rural land investment fund registered with B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão.
