Lefosse advises XP on structuring investment funds
Lefosse acted as deal counsel in the structuring and offering of quotas of Ares Enyo Fundo de Investimento Financeiro Multimercado Crédito Privado Responsabilidade Limitada, a multi-market investment fund with a single class of quotas and an investment strategy focused on special situations.
The project involved structuring the fund, including drafting formation documents and bylaws; advising on the offering of quotas issued by the fund, including subscription documents; revising and drafting ancillary agreements related to the offering, including the distribution agreements; and structuring a credit rights investment fund and a private equity investment fund.
The transaction amounted to BRL153.2 million.
