Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Atakarejo Distribuidor de Alimentos e Bebidas S.A. on the 2nd issue of debentures
Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Atakarejo Distribuidor de Alimentos e Bebidas S.A. on the 2nd issue of debentures in the total amount of R$ 110 million, for public offering, with restricted efforts of sale, according to the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) rule 476.
The Lefosse team was led by partner Bruno Massis (pictured) together with associates Pedro Cruciol and Luis Bruno. The net proceeds raised by the Company through the Issue will be used to strengthen the Company’s working capital and for general corporate purposes.
