Lefosse Advogados assists Bridge One in structuring a R$200 million investment fund
Lefosse Advogados assisted Bridge One Consultoria in structuring the Bridge One Tech I Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior that raised R$200 million
The project involved advisory in structuring and regulation, fund raising and negotiation of the Fund documents. The Bridge One Tech fund is managed and administered by Paraty Capital.
The Fund had its first closing in April and should receive R$200 million in commitments within the next two months. The Fund’s investments will focus on B2B companies, primarily in the software and marketplace domains.
