Lefosse Advogados advised Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII BTG Pactual Fundo de CRI and VERT Companhia Securitizadora

Lefosse Advogados advised Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII BTG Pactual Fundo de CRI and VERT Companhia Securitizadora in the public offering of the 1st and 2nd Series of the 50th Issue of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables of Vert as amended, and other applicable laws and regulations in the offering.

The CRI are guaranteed by real estate credit rights arising from the purchase and sale agreement of the property (warehouse) located in Ribeirão Preto, State of São Paulo, entered into by BTG Pactual Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and Claritas Logística I – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário.

The Lefosse team was led by partner Ricardo Prado (pictured), associates Pedro Cruciol, Thais Rossi and legal assistant Vitoria Masson.
