Lefosse Advogados assists underwriters in Magazine Luiza’s R$1.5 billion promissory notes issue

Lefosse Advogados has acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter, and Banco Citibank S.A. in the 5th issue of 1,500 promissory notes of Magazine Luiza S.A.

Lefosse Advogados advised the lead underwriter Banco Itaú BBA S.A., and Banco Citibank S.A. in the 5th issue of 1,500 single series promissory notes of Magazine Luiza S.A., in the total amount of R$1,500,000,000.00 for public offering, pursuant to rule 476 of the Brazilian Securities Commission (the “CVM”).

The net proceeds raised by the company through the issue will be used to strengthen working capital.
