Lefosse Advogados acted as counsel to XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Vaores Mobiliários S.A. (Lead Underwriter), in the Public Offering of the 6th Issue of Vinci Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII Shares.

The Offer was made, as applicable, pursuant to Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, as amended, Law No. 8,668, of June 25, 1993, Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) Instruction No. 400, of December 29, 2003 (CVM Instruction 400), CVM Instruction 472, of October 31, 2008 (CVM Instruction 472), “ANBIMA’s Regulation and Best Practices Code for Management of Third Party Funds”, and other applicable legal, regulatory and self-regulatory provisions.
