Lefosse Advogados in advisory to Espaço Laser: first listed beauty services company in Brazil
Lefosse Advogados acted as a special Brazilian consultant for the company and for the selling shareholders
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in São Paulo and New York and the local firm Lefosse Advogados represented by partner Rodrigo Junqueira, helped Brazil’s largest laser hair removal firm, Espaçolaser, raise 2.3 billion reais ($425 million) in an IPO on the B3 stock exchange, becoming the country’s first publicly traded beauty services company.
