Lefosse Advogados with Westwing Comércio Varejista S.A in IPO’s
Lefosse Advogados acted as Brazilian special counsel to Westwing Comércio Varejista S.A. (“Company”) in the primary and secondary public offering of the Company’s common shares.
Represented by the partners: Ricardo Prado, Mauricio Paschoal (on photo) and the associates: Alicia Alves, Victor Nilo, Sara Abdu, Matheus Maiotto and Stefanie Crivelaro, Lefosse Advogados acted as Brazilian special counsel to Westwing Comércio Varejista S.A. in the primary and secondary public offering of nearly 80 million common shares of the Company.
An additional almost 10 million common shares of Oikos Fundos de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and Tatix Comércio e Participações Ltda. may be placed until March 15, 2021 in connection with the Green Shoe call option granted by the Company to XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., in its capacity as stabilizing agent.
