Lefosse and BMA advise on the acquisition of Móbile by NAE

Lefosse advised the Nord Anglia Education Group (NAE) on the acquisition of a relevant stake in Móbile Escola Prática de Estudos Elementares (including its wholly owned subsidiaries: Colégio Móbile, Móbile Cursos Opcionais and Móbile Contraturno) and its partners, which were advised by BMA Advogados.

The transaction issubject to compliance with certain conditions precedent. The Nord Anglia Education Group is a leading international school organization, while Móbile is one of the most prestigious schools in São Paulo with exceptional reputations for teaching and learning innovation.

Móbile was founded in São Paulo in 1975 and teaches over 3,500 students, from Kindergarten to High School. Móbile will become NAE’s third school in São Paulo, which already acquired Avenues School and The British College Brazil.

This transaction is part of NAE’s strategic expansion plan.
