Lefosse and Cescon act on COMERC’s R$1 billion issue

Lefosse advised COMERC Participações on the public offering of the 3rd issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, with in rem guarantee and with additional personal guarantee, in singles series, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.

The offering was coordinated by Banco BTG Pactual, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santander (Brasil) and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, which was advised by Cescon Barrieu.
