Lefosse and Cescon act on Marfrig’s debentures issuance
Lefosse advised the company Marfrig Global Foods on the 11th issuance of unsecured, simple, nonconvertible debentures, in a single series, for the public distribution with restricted placement efforts, in the total amount of BRL 750 milion. Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the underwriters Itaú BBA and Banco Safra.
The totality of the net proceeds raised by Marfrig through the debentures offer wiil be used, fully and exclusively to working capital of the ordinary management of the company’s business.
