Lefosse and Demarest advise on MNLT’s BRL 1 billion issue

Lefosse acted as legal counsel to MNLT in its 1st issuance of non-convertible, secured, debentures, in a single series in the total amount of BRL 1 billion, pursant CVM 160, as amended and other applicable laws and regulations.

XP Investimentos e Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Bradesco BBI acted as the offering underwriters and was advised by Demarest Advogados.

The net proceeds raised by MNLT will be used for general corporate purposes. MNLT is a company member of Stone Co group which provides services to its customers through payment and management tools, flexible financial products, with no bureaucracy and close and efficient service, enabling them to be more autonomous and increasingly more independent.
