Lefosse and Lobo de Rizzo act on Vitru debentures issue
Lefosse acted as advisor to Vitru Brasil Empreendimentos, Participações e Comércio in its 1st issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, in two series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.
Lefosse was assisted by partner Ricardo Prado (pictured left), associates Pedro Cruciol, Fernando Aguiar and Clarice Aiub.
Lobo de Rizzo advised Itaú BBA (as lead underwriter), Bradesco BBI, UBS Brasil and Banco Safra. The total amount of the issue was BRL 1,950,000,000.00.
The firm’s partners were Maria Costa Neves Machado (pictured top right) and Mariana Cano Assef Donini (pictured bottom right), and lawyers Marília do Valle Farias and Gabriel Jordão Garcia.
