Lefosse and Lobo de Rizzo advise on TAG issue
Lefosse advised the issuer; Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwriters on the 3rd issuance of simple nonconvertible, unsecured debentures, for public distribution, under CVM 160, with firm guarantee of placement, by Transportadora Associada de Gás – TAG.
The offering represents yet another step-in raising funds for the issuer and constitutes one of the largest securities offering of the issuer. The offering was specially challenging since it was carried out in a short period of time (one and a half months).
The transaction value was BRL 3 billion.
