Pollini, Carvalhares and Machado

Lefosse and Lobo de Rizzo advise on the PRS Aeroportos issue

Lefosse advised the issuer; Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwriters on the 1st issuance of non-convertible debentures, in single series by PRS Aeroportos, in the total amount of BRL 170 million, pursant to CVM 160, as amend. Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acted as the underwriter of the offering.
