Lefosse and Machado Meyer advised on the the structuring and negotiation of the new operating and distribution agreement entered into Magazine Luiza with BNP Paribas Cardif and other entities of its group, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of a share purchase agreement related to the sale Luizaseg to NCVP, an entity of BNP Paribas Cardif’s group.
