Lefosse and Machado Meyer on acquisition of OL Papéis by Bracell
Lefosse has acted as legal counsel for Bracell Bahia Specialty Cellulose in the negotiation of the quota purchase agreement relating to the acquisition by Bracell of the totality of the quotas of OL Indústria de Papéis, wich was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent for a transaction of this nature, including antitrust clearance.
