Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to the lead underwriter XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. in the 5th issue of shares, by XP Industrial Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, which was advised by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
The total amount was R$55,125,095.15. The Fund is managed by XP Vista Asset Management Ltda.
