Lefosse and Veirano advise on the acquisition of LOG Commercial

Lefosse and Veirano advised on the acquisition by BTG Pactual (BTG Pactual LOGCP Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada) of 3 strategic logistics assets from LOG Commercial Properties, worth approx. BRL 366 million.

The transaction is the fifth phase of the acquisitions by a logistics fund structured by BTG Pactual for acquiring assets owned, developed, and managed by LOG Commercial Properties. The first phase was concluded on May 31st, 2023, the second phase was concluded on August 1st, 2023, the third phase was concluded on April 18th, 2024, and the fourth phase was concluded on December 4th, 2024.

The strategic logistics assets are located in the Brazilian cities of São José de Mipibu (RN), which is near the capital Natal, Jundiaí (SP), and Ribeirão Preto (SP), and are leased to key players in the retail, consumer goods and e-commerce markets.

LOG will continue providing management services at the acquired properties, pursuant to the structure that had been previously agreed upon among the parties.
