Lefosse and Veirano in TOTVS agreement with Citrino
Lefosse Advogados has assisted TOTVS S.A. in the agreement with Citrino Gestão de Recursos Ltda, wich was represented by Veirano Advogados
Lefosse Advogados has advised publicly-held TOTVS S.A. in the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents signed with Citrino Gestão de Recusos Ltda, represented by Veirano Advogados.
Under the agreement, TOTVS has committed to invest R$ 300 million over 4 years through a private venture capital investment fund, still to be formed, that will be managed by Citrino.
The Fund will invest in corporate venture capital focused on start-ups in various segments and Citrino will have discretion with respect to investment decisions.
TOTVS will participate in the analysis of the investments and growth of the invested companies by appointing members to the Fund’s advisory committee.
Lefosse has a team formed by partners André Calumby (pictured left), André Mileski (pictured center) and associate Mariana Gauer.
Veirano Advogados relied on partner Guilherme Ohanian Monteiro (pictured right) and associates Raisa Reggiori Pereira e Bruno Zanardi.
