Lefosse assists BB Gestão de Recursos in commercial partnership
Lefosse advised on the transaction involving a commercial partnership between BB Gestão de Recursos – Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Imobiliários and Consistência Participações, the sole controlling entity of Nova Occam Brasil Gestão de Recursos.
The partnership aims at the allocation of financial resources by BB Asset into investment funds created and managed by Nova Occam.
