Lefosse Advogados has advised Hortigil Hortifruti and its controlling shareholder in the sale of Hortigil Hortifruti to Americanas, in a BRL 2,4 billion deal

Lefosse Advogados has advised Hortigil Hortifruti and its controlling shareholder in the sale to IF Capital Ltda., a subsidiary of Americanas, in a BRL 2.4 billion transaction.

The companies Natural Administradora de Cartões de Crédito, Natural da Terra Comércio Varejista Hortifrutti, Natural da Terra Hortifrutti and Horti Frutti Corujas are part of the negotiated group.

Lefosse Team was led by partners Luiz Octavio Lopes (pictured left) and Felipe Gibson (pictured right), and included the associates Carla Gorescu, Gregory Campos, Henrique Mareze, Maria Prata, Luiza Ohanna, and Jessica Ribeiro.
