Lefosse assists Ultragaz in the acquisition of 51.7% of WTZ
Lefosse assisted Companhia Ultragaz on the acquisition of 51.7% of the total and voting share capital of WTZ Participações.
As a result, Ultragaz will also acquire an indirect stake in the companies controlled by WTZ, namely: Exponencial Energia, Witzler Energia e Corretagem de Seguros, Witzler Soluções em Energia, Witzler Comercializadora de Energia, and Consórcio Aparecida I Autoprodução de Energia.
The transaction value was BRL 100 million.
Lefosse assisted the client on the submission to CADE and relied on partners Luiz Lopes, Milena Mundim, counsel Fernanda Harari; associates Vicente Gioielli, Antonio Haddad.
