Lefosse assists XP in the offering of XP Credit Opportunities FIDC

Lefosse has acted as counsel for XP Investimentos in connection with the structuring and public offering of 718,750 quotas of the first issuance of XP Credit Opportunities Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Responsabilidade Limitada, reaching a total amount of BRL 718,750 million.

The offering was targeted at qualified investors and had more than 10,500 investors. The Fund is managed by XP Asset and is focused on the acquisition of corporate structured credit rights.
