Lefosse Advogados advised Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda. on the creation of a joint venture with Gerdau Aços Longos S/A for the exploration of solar photovoltaic projects located in the City of Janaúba, State of Minas Gerais, with a total estimated power output of, approximately, 200MWac. The closing of the deal is still subject to certain conditions precedent.
