The Lefosse team acted as business consultant for Fundo de Investimentos em Direitos Creditórios Auto IV in its first issue of shares for public offering, in the total amount of two hundred and fifty million and ten thousand reais.
XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. acted as principal underwriter of the Restricted Offering.
The Fund is a closed-end condominium organized under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and conducts its operations in a manner that qualifies to be taxed as a credit rights investment fund for Brazilian federal income tax purposes.
