Lefosse counsels Lavoro Agro on Desempar Group acquisition

Lefosse has counselled Lavoro Agro Holding on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Desempar Group´s companies

Lefosse Advogados has acted as legal counsel for Lavoro Agro Holding S.A. and Distribuidora Pitangueiras de Produtos Agropecuários S.A in the acquisition of shares representing 100% of the share capital of the companies of Desempar Group, which include the following companies: Desempar Tecnologia Ltda, Plenafertil Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda., Realce Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda., Denorpi Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda. and Deragro Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda.

The agreement is another step in the solid and successful acquisition strategy undertaken by the Lavoro Agro group over the past years. 

Lefosse team was composed by partners Rodrigo Junqueira (pictured left), Gustavo Paes (pictured centre) and Andréa Caliento (pictured right) and associates Carla Gorescu, Juliana Meneses, Dante Zanotti, Henrique Mareze, Henrique Miguel and Fernanda Infantini.

Also participate at deal as M&A team at Lavoro Daniel Fisberg and Luiz Spinardi.

Felsberg Advogados was the legal counsel to sellers and IGC Partners acted as financial advisors.
