Lefosse Advogados has acted as counsel to Hortigil Hortifruti S.A., in the Public Offering of the 31st Issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables of ISEC Securitizadora

Lefosse Advogados has acted as counsel to HORTIGIL HORTIFRUTI S.A., in the Public Offering of the 31st Issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables of ISEC Securitizadora S.A., coordinated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco BTG Pactual S.A., as underwriters, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and CVM Instruction No. 600, of August 1, 2018, as amended.

XP Investimentos acted as lead underwriter for the Offering. The CRAs are backed by agribusiness credit rights arising from Debentures issued by Hortifruti.
