Leite Tosto e Barros Advogados strengthens its practice areas
Leite Tosto e Barros Advogados has strengthened its capital markets practice with the hiring of partner Bruno Ivonez Borges Alexandre (pictured right), formerly of Vortx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários. The firm also strengthened its restructuring practice by promoting Pedro Humbert (pictured left), a senior associate, to executive partner.
Bruno has extensive experience in project finance transactions, structuring debentures, CRAs, CRIs, promissory notes and commercial notes, working with regulatory bodies (CVM and ANBIMA) and B3, as well as M&A transactions.
Pedro has more than fifteen years’ experience in highly complex content, as well as arbitration, involving a diverse range of subjects, such as electricity regulatory law; corporate law; agribusiness, administrative law; civil liability; breach of contract; infrastructure and judicial recovery.
