Lima Netto counsels partner of CEFOS on its sale to Anima Educação

Lima Netto Carvalho Abreu Mayrink advised one of the partners of Centro Educacional de Formação Superior LTDA on the sale of 100% of its shares to Brasil Educação S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anima Holding S.A.

The law firm Lima Netto advised one of the partners of CEFOS, the holding company of Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos (FDMC) and Faculdade De Administração Milton Campos (FAMC), private institutions of higher education, located in a prime area of the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte-MG in its sale to Anima Educação.

According to the Material Fact published by Ânima Educação, the integration of the Milton Campos Faculties represents the strengthening of the Law vertical, an investment in high-quality legal education, and new growth opportunities for EBRADI (Brazilian Law School).

Also according to the Relevant Fact published, the value of the transaction was R$57.1 million and is not subject to the approval of CADE.
