Lobo de Rizzo Advogados acted as deal counsel in the issuance of green debentures by Amazônia Solar Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros
Lobo de Rizzo acted as deal counsel in the 1st issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in 2 (two) series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, of Amazônia Solar Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros, for financing the installation of photovoltaic solar energy systems in the northern states of Brazil, together with Solfácil Energia Solar Tecnologia e Serviços Financeiros Ltda., Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico Social (BNDES) and Vert Capital Participações Ltda.
The operation, with the ESG seal and the Debentures characterized as Green, will contribute to the expansion of access to solar energy in Brazil. Our role involved assisting in the structuring of the transaction and drafting, reviewing and discussing all transaction documents.
The value of the operation was R$ 60 million.
