Lobo de Rizzo adds Halembeck Barros’ professionals and businesses

Lobo de Rizzo announced the integration of all professionals and businesses of Halembeck Barros, a law firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and corporate law. With the arrival of Luiz Fernando Halembeck (pictured left) and Daniel Barros (pictured right), Lobo de Rizzo reaches 42 partners.

Founded in 2011 by Luiz Fernando Halembeck and Daniel Barros, Halembeck Barros works especially in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects of small and mid caps, as well as in legal advice to connect nascent and developing companies (startups, growth stage and later stage) to all types of investors (angel, venture capital, private equity, corporate venture capital and strategic).

The firm also acts in the areas of project finance, corporate restructuring, partnerships and joint ventures, management of corporate conflicts and governance of family companies, among others.

Luiz Fernando Halembeck has extensive experience in transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). Daniel Barros has a law degree from São Bernardo do Campo Law School and an LLM from IBMEC SP.
