Lobo de Rizzo advise Cargill on property deal in BA
Lobo de Rizzo advised Cargill regarding the acquisition of a property located in the municipality of Barreiras/BA, which has been leased by Cargill since 1998 for the operation of a soybean crushing plant.
The work consisted of identifying liabilities of the economic group of the seller of the property; identification of liens and encumbrances over the property; advisory on the granting of a credit line for the settlement of the seller’s liabilities; advisory in the constitution of mortgages to guarantee the payment of the credit line; and negotiating/elaboration of the acquisition agreements.
