The law firm Lobo de Rizzo advised BRK Ambiental Participações S.A. and BRK Ambiental – Blumenau S.A., in the 1st issue of debentures of BRK Ambiental – Blumenau S.A..

It was an issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, under CVM Instruction 476, in the total amount of R$ 62,000,000.00.
