Lobo de Rizzo Advogados has assisted in structuring of an Infrastructure Private Equity Investment Fund named Polaris Fundo de Investimento em Participações Infraestrutura and its initial public offering of quotas for public distribution with restricted placement efforts (pursuant to CVM Rule 476), in the amount of BRL 95,250,000.00.

The firm advised the parties involved: Banco Modal S.A. (Chief Coordinator of the public offering of shares); Modal Asset Management Ltda. (Modal Asset Management Ltda.); Banco Modal S.A. (Lead Coordinator of the public offering of shares). (Fund Manager and Administrator); Modal Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. (Coordinator of the public offering of quotas); and APT Ventures Participações Ltda. (Investment Advisor).
