Lobo de Rizzo and Lefosse advise on Triple Play issue

Lobo de Rizzo advised the issuer; Lefosse advised the underwriter on the 2nd issuance of commercial notes, in single series of Triple Play Brasil Participações, in the total amount of BRL 85 million, for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160, as amend.

The proceeds of the offering obtained by the commercial notes’ issuance will be used by the company for the prepayment of certain debts.

Lobo de Rizzo advised Triple Play and relied on partner Gustavo Silveira Cunha (pictured left) and lawyer Beatriz Rocha and Thais Pinheiro Barreto.

Lefosse advised UBS BB Serviços de Assessoria Financeira e Participações and relied on partner Ricardo Prado (pictured right)), counsel Pedro Cruciol, associates Vicente Gioielli, Larissa Virgolino and assistant Lucas Teixeira.
