Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised C&A Modas S.A, and Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters

C&A made its 1st issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, without collateral, in a single series, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, in the total amount of BRL 500,000,000.00.
