Lobo de Rizzo and Pinheiro Neto advises on debenture issue of BK Brasil
Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised the issuer and Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters in the 9th issue of BK Brasil Operação e Assessoria a Restaurantes.
The debentures are simple, not convertible into shares, unsecured, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended.
The funds raised through this issue will be allocated to BK’s ordinary management business, including, without limitation, debt lengthening, working capital reinforcement and investment in capital assets (CAPEX).
