Lobo de Rizzo and Stocche Forbes advise on Energisa’s issues

Lobo de Rizzo advised the issuer and Stocche Forbes advised the coordinatos on the publics offerings of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with additional fiduciary guarantee of Energisa, in a single series, of:

Energisa Mato Grosso (EMT) on the 24th issue of EMT, in the total amount of BRL 360 million,

Energisa Mato Grosso do Sul (EMS), on the 26th issue of EMS, in the total amount of BRL 410 million,

Energisa Rondônia (ERO), on the 13th issue of ERO, in the total amount of BRL 290 million,

Energisa Tocantins (ETO), on the 13th issue of ETO, in the total amount of BRL 400 million, and;

Energisa Sul-Sudeste (ESS) on the 14th issue of ESS, in the total amount of BRL 200 million.

The issuances took place simultaneously and were carried out in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 12,431, of June 24, 2011, given that all the funds raised by the issuers through the debenture issuances will be allocated to the future payment or reimbursement of expenses, costs or debts related to investment projects in electricity distribution infrastructure, owned by the issuers.
