Maria Costa Neves Machado strengthens the Financial and Capital Markets area, now led by seven professionals
Lobo de Rizzo announces the arrival of Maria Costa Neves Machado to the partnership, who will integrate the Financial and Capital Markets area. As a result, the firm now has 33 partners and associates.
According to Rodrigo Delboni Teixeira, managing partner of Lobo de Rizzo, “Maria Machado’s more than 20 years of professional experience and technical capacity complement our renowned Financial and Capital Markets area and strengthen even more the services portfolio we offer to our clients”.
Maria joins an experienced team, composed by partners Caio Cossermelli, Fabrizio Sasdelli, Gustavo Cunha, Julia Visconti, Milton Pinatti, and Paula Magalhães.
Maria Machado practices in the areas of capital markets, in activities related to variable and fixed income, including ICVM 400 and 476 offerings of shares, debentures, promissory notes, CRIs, CRAs, FIDCs and FIP-IE, structured finance (project finance, acquisition finance and quasi-equity) and mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). She also has a master’s degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
