Lobo de Rizzo announces two new partners in different areas

Lobo de Rizzo announces the promotions of Amália Botter Fabbri (pictured left) to partner in the environmental, ESG, and climate and carbon practices and Ana Clara Freire Tenório (pictured right) to partner in the tax practice. The firm now has 40 partners.

Amália has worked in the environmental Law sector since 2006 in judicial and administrative litigation, consultancy, and due diligence. She has expertise in topics ranging from licensing, contaminated land, and solid waste to sustainability and climate change. The new partner brings her litigation experience to the firm’s multidisciplinary ESG fronts and climate and carbon, emphasizing assistance in corporate climate strategies.

She graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), Geography from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and an LLM in Environmental Law from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action.

Ana Clara specializes in tax litigation and has extensive experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation. She also conducts due diligence in tax matters, focusing on issues related to tax succession and negotiating tax benefits and special regimes. She graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP-SP).
